The stay after a holiday trip was adequate. The room smelled, and although there was a whirlpool, it was half‑broken, making us hesitant to use it. We expected more based on the photos. Breakfast was also expected to be in the form of Swedish tables.
The location was up to the St. Paul Boulevard. The room was old, the shower and bathroom were cramped, the bedding wasn’t ironed, etc. I wouldn’t return.
The room was spotless and tidy, the comfort was great, and the staff service was truly impressive.
Nothing noteworthy. Overall, the entire hotel feels like a half‑finished product; the star rating doesn’t match reality. It’s at the level of a motel.
“Eine Katastrophe”
Absolutely nothing! The hotel is a nightmare—upon entering, a strong musty smell hit me. When I entered the room, it felt as if someone had died there; it was old and stale. The furnishings were so old that everything was broken. On the bathroom tiles, there was even a foreign hair. The toilet cover was defective, as was the shower handle. The mattresses were so worn that I could feel the springs and woke up with back pain the next day. Everything was filthy and disgusting, so I didn’t even touch the breakfast the next day and left. The surroundings were far from nice, with construction debris everywhere. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel!
