Nothing special stood out, and the lack of empathy combined with the management’s unwillingness to resolve my issue was disappointing.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed, assisted me in finding a Turkish café I was after, and attended to every need I had with excellent customer service. There was nothing negative; this place is a hidden gem.
