The view is incredible, the staff amazing, and Alfredo was very helpful, doing more than expected. The food was good with huge portions. The access road is a drawback.

Exce6lugar de ensueño, realmente el hotel es una obra de arte así como cada habitación el personal super atento, en especial Alfredo al pendiente desde la reservacion. El desayuno delicioso y abundante. Volvería lS ve es que visite Puerto Angel. Algo que no depende del hotel es la calle para subir a el llena de hoyos y piedras y probablemente faltan unas escaleras que nos acerquen a l play. Au que estando en el hotel, no ¿Dan ganas de ir a ningún otro lado

The dinner and breakfast were very good, with excellent service from Ana in the kitchen, Alfredo at reception, and a guide who helped us reach the hotel, as well as Pedro, all always ready and very friendly. The view of Puerto Angel bay is spectacular! The access to the hotel is a problem: the street is badly damaged, with landslides from recent rains, making it difficult to climb up to the place.
