Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The staff were super friendly, especially the cleaning lady who was very warm. Rooms were kept spotlessly clean and fresh, with constant attention to detail. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the hotel was a quiet family spot perfect for relaxing.

Everything was wonderful, a fantastic hotel, and I found no drawbacks.

I liked the hotel because it’s very close to the river, restaurants, and the shopping area, but the first impression from the outside makes you think it’s a luxury property, only to be disappointed later; inside everything feels very old, and the description says it’s a beachfront hotel, yet that’s not the case. The Manavgat River is nearby, and the spa is supposedly available but isn’t operational or usable, and the breakfast also left me dissatisfied.

In our room there was a strong cigarette smell and it was awful; we couldn’t sleep until 3 am.

The reception, the location, and the bedding were all very, very good.
