“Ne pas y aller !!!”
Nothing good to say – the staff were unpleasant both on the phone and in person, they wouldn’t serve breakfast before 9 am, forced us to unload our luggage immediately, and demanded a smile and a check on our journey at check‑in, which was basic courtesy. When we asked if the road outside the room was noisy at night, the reply was “you’re not going to sleep at that hour” (17 h). They didn’t consider where we came from, how tired we were, or show any interest. The property was old, the reception bar was dark, we left without sleeping there and booked elsewhere with nicer hosts. There was no TV in the room and towels were forgotten. As a merchant, I’d shut my shop if I treated guests like that – in short, change your profession!
