“Excellent resort, perfect for a short break.”
The resort was perfect for a short break. The staff were friendly, well‑trained, and spoke English. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a huge balcony offering a nice view. The bed was very cozy and everything in the room functioned properly. Breakfast was excellent, combining a la carte and buffet options. The restaurant served a wide range of Western dishes. We were shuttled to and from the ferry port at no cost. We rented a scooter at the resort for 300 Baht per day. Ko Sichang is a small island not really geared for tourists—there are no beaches, but it has its charms, and you can see everything you might want to in two or three days at most. We had visited the island several times before, but this was our first stay at Somewhere, and it is definitely the best resort the island offers. Good quality Western food is, as far as I know, only available at Somewhere or at 'Pan and David's' restaurant (closed on Wednesdays), which is a five‑minute walk from Somewhere. Everything was good.
