The staff were friendly and the spot is right in the heart of town, which was a plus. Unfortunately the building lets every sound bounce around, and there was constant foot traffic and noise throughout the night. I couldn't find any peace no matter where I went in the hotel.

The rooms are comfortable for the price, but I couldn't sleep at all because some guests kept their windows open and blared reggaeton until the early hours. The reception never intervened, and the staff themselves were noisy, slamming doors and chatting loudly in the corridors. Breakfast was a let‑down – the coffee came from a jar and the juice was just a sachet. I wouldn't stay there again.

The two ladies at the front desk were genuinely kind, but the room left a lot to be desired – it wasn't spotless, the faucet rattled and the water pressure was weak. We were initially given a room with a window that wouldn't close, which they admitted, and swapping rooms was the only hassle. Parking wasn't actually included; they charged €14 per night just for the night‑time hours, and the gentleman at reception came across as quite rude.
