It sits right in the Fountainhaus area. Room 25 needs a shower curtain and the ironing board could be swapped for a sideboard; there are no hairdryers in the rooms.

Very relaxing, peaceful and spotlessly clean. The food, coffee and warm welcome were lacking.

The staff and food were excellent, amenities were good, the location was ideal for visiting Goa’s old town – would recommend. The bed was on the hard side, the bathroom was basic but acceptable.

Grande chambre, au calme. Idéal pour visiter Panaji. Il s’agit de 2 chambres situées au dessus d’un café. Pas de service classique d’hôtellerie. Un peu cher du coup
