Vatikas house sits in a beautiful garden in Sarnath, resembling a small palace. It’s calm and quiet, surrounded by nature—ideal for relaxation, good sleep, and reconnecting with nature and yourself. The room is large, the beds comfortable, and there’s a fan and AC. The staff are very friendly and provide everything needed. Contact with the owner is reliable and always available. Thanks for an amazing stay! Nothing negative.

The homestay owner is very friendly and upgraded our Budget Room to Deluxe without us asking, which was a nice gesture. The homestay is clean, beautiful, and very close to Sarnath attractions. It was green and quite pleasant.

The reception was as basic as it gets: one person handled the check‑in paperwork, another was there to take the payment, and only the staff tending the outdoor areas were actually present. Nobody spoke English, and the owner or manager only communicated through WhatsApp on his phone. The surroundings were nicely landscaped and full of flowers.

The property is perfectly situated to view Sarnath’s Buddhist sights, just a few hundred metres away. The entire estate is lovely, with a garden and a very quiet atmosphere. The rooms are simple but spotlessly clean, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast offers limited options, but the Aloo Paratha is delicious. The laundry service is reliable and inexpensive. Our family room for four was somewhat cramped, with little space for luggage; hooks and towel racks would have helped. The mattresses were very thin, though still better than sagging ones. The owners are gradually renovating the entire property, which could make it truly beautiful.
