The little extras like bottled water and chocolate in the fridge were appreciated. The staff were helpful and let me store my luggage before check‑in and after check‑out. Double‑glazed windows kept street noise low at night. The only hiccup was that the Wi‑Fi password wasn’t in the instruction folder, so I had to ask for it the next morning and used my phone hotspot in the meantime.

The room and facilities were very modern, clean, and tidy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable and welcome. The location was fantastic, right in Spice Alley, a short walk to Central station for train and light rail services, which made getting around very easy. Nothing to report.

The location is very central; you can reach the sights quickly and the train station is just over five minutes away. There are many restaurants right around the corner. The studio could be a bit larger, but it’s fine for a few days.
