The staff were great and very helpful—Hue at the front desk arranged a taxi to the airport and made sure I had enough VND. Thanks. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist area, but it was still easy and cheap to grab a cab.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional, matching the photos. It’s about a 20‑minute walk from the old quarter; we walked daily because we liked it, but with Grab you can get there in 10 minutes by car or 5 minutes by scooter.
