The restaurant was fine, but the room service, air‑conditioning and internet never worked during our stay.
“I strongly advise you not to stay here.”
I despised this place. I booked for two adults and a 14‑year‑old daughter, expecting an extra double bed, but the room had only two single beds; the male receptionist demanded over 1000 lari for a third bed, which he eventually supplied as a makeshift plank that I slept on for four nights. The advertised spa was a single pool more than 100 meters away, with only a tiny children's pool that offered no hot water and barely sprayed water—an outright rip‑off. I booked under the impression of a hot‑water spa, but the hotel misled me. I’m filing a complaint with the Georgian Consumer Rights Association. The outlets failed the first night; we arrived at 11:00 PM and technicians came and went without a thorough check. The bedspread was filthy. The staff, especially the cleaning ladies, were rude, shouting in their own language when we asked for anything. The hotel is half an hour from the city center. Don’t stay here; don’t be fooled by the fake spa or expect a hot‑water thermal experience.
“اقامة ممتازة لكن خدمة سيئة”
The suite was royal, excellent, very comfortable and spacious; everything worked via remote control, the curtains and water circulation used technology, and there was a steam bath. The price was very reasonable, the location beautiful in front of the garden, close to East Point Mall (10 min by car) and nearby shops and groceries. When we arrived, no one was there to handle our luggage, which is odd for a 5‑star hotel with such luxury. Inside the suite, the living room was dirty with scattered food crumbs everywhere; we asked reception to send someone to clean it, and a worker came but didn’t fully clean it. We requested water upon arrival and they did bring it, but the next day it took hours to get it, and after repeated calls to reception and room service it never arrived again. On the last day we asked for water and it wasn’t provided. We tried to empty the trash bin at the suite door but no cleaning staff came to empty it. I contacted hotel management via messages on Booking; they responded the first time but not the second, showing no concern. The suite was the most expensive room in the hotel, so I expected top‑level service, but it seems the management doesn’t monitor staff or know what’s happening. Thank you.
“לא היה נעים”
The location was good, yet the cleanliness and food were lacking.
The hotel exuded luxury, and the staff—especially Michael and Ana—were exceptionally courteous.
