The location, pet friendly, comfort, and indoor pool were great, but the maids cleaned and replaced towels and everything else yet never made the bed.

The hotel’s cleanliness was fine and the breakfast was great! However, I didn’t receive the room I booked and paid for, and I only found out this out on my own at check‑in. The staff weren’t very friendly, except for the manager, whom I had to wait to speak to until the morning after I arrived. They blamed the room issue and said I should have booked directly with them.

Clean, accessible, quiet, lots of restaurant options nearby, and easy/free parking. NA
