“Große Apartments und schöne Grünanlage”

The staff were very nice and attentive, the grounds were kept tidy by several gardeners daily, Wi‑Fi was consistently stable and fairly fast, and breakfast was extensive with constant refilling. Cleanliness was always a priority. The large apartment included a refrigerator, stove, and kettle, and bottled water was replenished free of charge every few days. A free shuttle bus ran several times a day to various locations, and a 7‑Eleven store was right next door. Unfortunately, the facility itself felt quite old, evident in the old windows and a bathroom that no longer matched modern standards. Visible wear in the room was noticeable, the pool was only 90 cm deep – more suited to children – and many Chinese guests behaved poorly, treating staff harshly. The room’s air‑conditioning was relatively old and quite loud even on low setting. The road to the BRT bus, about 500 m away, was narrow and only sporadically equipped with sidewalks, making it potentially dangerous for pedestrians, especially with children. The cocktails at the pool bar were far too expensive for what was offered, and not recommended.

מלון דירות נח נקי ומפנק. בריכה מצוינצ. יש לנו ילדה חולת צליאק לא היה מענה הולם ומגוון בחדר האוכל ומסעדות המלון מה שפגע מאוד בחוויה שלנו ( למרות שביקשנו מראש )

“Great mini break on route back from Europe”

The staff, the room size, and the facilities were all good, but we would have liked a few more shuttles to be available.
