Everything about this place was spot on – the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location couldn't have been better. I didn't run into any issues at all, which made the whole stay feel effortless. Honestly, I couldn't think of a single thing to complain about.

We called the front desk over and over, but nobody answered. The owner was hanging out with friends in the building next door, and there was simply no room for us. After he finally stopped dodging us, we were left standing outside while they sent us off to a 20‑minute drive away to a windowless room, and by then we had missed our appointment in Ghent. All that hassle meant our whole day out was ruined.
