I booked five rooms through Booking, each advertised as having a private bathroom. In reality, four rooms did have private baths, while the one on the ground floor had a separate bathroom that served the common areas. Still, everything else was fine, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. The terrace was beautiful, and the grill was impressive.
