Nothing good at all. The entire accommodation was filthy, the bedding was dirty and I had to request new sheets. The shower, toilet and toilet seat were all broken and filthy, the sink was unclean, and the shower and toilet were flooded. The whole place was disgusting and should be repainted and no longer offered.

The view and location were great, and the little uphill walk and stairs are fine for a budget stay; the downstairs food is excellent, though you have to walk a bit from the stop or climb stairs from the new bus stand.

The staff were friendly, but the toilets and beds were dirty; still, with a tight budget, there isn’t much to complain about.

I appreciated having a bed and that my request for a lower bunker bed was honored, and the central location made getting around easy. Checking in late at night was slow, and despite asking for a ladies‑only dorm, men were added to my room after midnight, making it noisy and lacking privacy; the staff said the place was full and had no alternative. I also missed a tour of the facilities, so I took a cold shower at night because I didn’t realize a separate washroom had hot water—small oversights that made my stay uncomfortable.

The bathrooms and toilets were terribly managed, and the facility refuses to accept cash on site.
