The property looks new and clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and every room has air conditioning and a TV; we didn’t get to use them, but the lounge offers lounge chairs, a screen, and a beach stroller. However, there is an extra charge for electricity and water, which was mentioned in the booking but still feels odd as it’s the first time we’ve encountered such a policy; towels are missing, which we consider a standard amenity; there is no shower gel or shampoo, only soap, dish liquid, and even dishwasher pods, but no shower gel sample; rooms are cramped, with a double bed and a single bed in each bedroom taking up all the space that could otherwise be used.

The place is really clean, each room and the lounge have climate control and a TV, the washing machine is small, and there’s a new trampoline outside, toy cars, child bicycles, and a small inflatable that can be used for an hour daily if it’s not windy or raining; the owner is friendly; the water is always warm, though it’s boiling and you have to pay extra for that; there are paper towels, toilet paper, dish liquid, salt, pepper, dishwasher pods, and trash bags, and you can ask for more if needed, which is great because it varies. The downside is that for 7 nights the additional water and electricity fee was almost as much as the deposit—389 PLN versus a 400 PLN deposit—so I think it was too high; a couple of adults and children aged 3 and 5 didn’t turn on the climate control right away because it was cool, the bathroom radiator only ran during bathing and then for 2 hours to dry towels and laundry; we bathed once a day 😄, the dishwasher ran once a day, and we spent a lot of time outside the cabin.
