The front‑desk staff were super friendly and helpful with everything we asked. I loved the location and the restaurant, so even though my work is in a different area, I keep coming back because it’s on the main road. Whenever I’m in the surrounding towns for business, I’ll stay here again.

No heads‑up the night before, and the power went out around 7 am the next day. I checked out in the dark, no breakfast, and no apology.

The scenery around the hotel was lovely, but the receptionist was rude. She started yelling and getting nervous about the parking spot instead of calmly explaining where we could park. When we asked earlier, she said “where we want… not in front of the entrance.” After she calmed down, it felt like we’d just been treated poorly, and we were so exhausted we almost left right away. If you’re planning a winter visit, ask the staff beforehand if they’ll heat the room because it takes a while.
