The hotel shows a 5‑star sign on the façade, yet it barely deserves 2 stars; the staff were rude and unhelpful, and we had to carry our own suitcases. An overweight man who initially appeared polite by arranging a taxi later stole our money. I asked to speak with the manager and director, but never got a chance; I was told the owner employs only relatives, making complaints pointless. I do not recommend this hotel at all—cheaters, liars, rude people, and, as often happens in Turkey, thieves.
