The place was very clean and the staff were friendly, but the 6th‑floor room had bad mattresses and the airport noise was so loud I could barely sleep. Those in the room kept turning on the lights, so a bedside lamp on every bed would help, and the bathroom was uncomfortable—there’s a toilet right next to the shower and the whole space is tiny.

The location is central, the service is excellent, and everything is spotless.

The location is great, close to Plaza de la Música, shops, and bus stops, and the service is excellent. The pillows could be better.

Nice location and the reception girls were polite, but I wish the room had a lock that only allowed those sleeping there to enter; it remained open all the time.
