The sea view was excellent, the hotel’s location was great, and they offered bike rentals and a pool, but breakfast was limited to only a few types of salami, cheese, sausage, and eggs, and the shower in the large bathroom was very small.

The beachside spot was good, yet when we checked out we had to pay for two bottles of water and the front desk guy told us we had to wait until after 9 am for payments—absurd, especially since we were in a hurry. After insisting we wouldn’t wait an hour for two bottles of water, he relented, we paid €3 and left, only to be called half an hour later in an unpleasant tone about an unpaid tourist tax. Why didn’t he mention it when we left? The management was far from professional for a 4‑star hotel.

The modernity was impressive, but everything else was also very nice.

The structure was beautiful with a spacious outdoor area for relaxing in peace, yet the service was lacking—cleaning could be improved for a 4‑star establishment.

The reception staff were warm, friendly and helpful; the top‑floor rooms were large, spacious, and had a big terrace; the bathroom was bright with daylight from the ceiling; the pool was nice and just a few steps to the sea. The toilet lid was broken, breakfast was 2‑3 star level typical Italian with lots of sweets, and the dishware and table trash cans seemed to be from the hotel’s original setup. The beach area south of the hotel is used as a pool and animation zone for the next‑next Miami Family Hotel; the loud animation (quiz and other games) often continues well past 11 pm, preventing you from enjoying the great terrace for a romantic prosecco with a sea view.
