“Bed was comfortable”

The location was close to the freeway and felt safe, but the bathroom vent was dirty with heavy lint build‑up as if it hadn’t been touched in a while, the floor where the fridge should be looked like it had water damage, and one of the beds had clumps of black hair matted to the sheets.

“I paid for a room for my work but was not given the room when I arrived so I had to stay somewhere .”

I didn’t like anything because I wasn’t given a room even though I had a confirmation number. I drove all the way from the Reno area and had to find a different place to stay once I got there. They could have given me the room I had already paid for instead of sending me away

“For the price, I will never come back”

The front desk people were amazing and nice, yet when I walked into our room the bed wasn’t even made, there was a used washcloth by the sink, and it just looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

“Property in old”

The location was fine, but the carpets were stained, the furniture had burn stains, people were coming in and out, the rooms were old and the bathroom was small, and one lobby entrance was small.
