I had a great stay at Westlake Hotel Amsterdam; the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was a pleasant experience—would definitely recommend!

I found the place comfortable, but the deposit that was promised to be refunded when checking out never came back.

The staff were great, thanks a lot to them; the lady at breakfast was very polite and helpful. However, the breakfast selection was very limited, the product quality was bad and not filling, the room lacked essential items, and the bathroom didn't have enough supplies.
