Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location was perfect, right near the train station and city center. The apartment was clean enough, and the bathroom was a decent size. However, the windows were basically useless against the cold and outside noise. The bed had a tiny, uncomfortable pillow, and we couldn't even heat up the bathroom, which was a real issue. To make matters worse, we sent a few messages to the staff about it, but got no response.
