The water was scarce and the washrooms weren't cleaned.
The room and linens were fine, but maintenance like washroom cleaning and hygiene needs improvement. The washroom had a lot of mould and stains that required proper cleaning, and the shower was almost clogged with salt water.
The toilet quality was poor and all the buttons were substandard.

The spot is convenient, close to hospitals, banks, the GAIL office, and a nice restaurant. The phone and restaurant facilities need arranging, and breakfast should be complimentary.
