The front desk was spot on—Joaquin and the rest of the team were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were just as great, making us feel like part of a family. The only thing that could use a tweak is the mattresses; a bit thicker would make the sleep even better.

Cozy place, staff always ready to help. The bathrooms and showers are all on one side of the building, which was a bit inconvenient but not a deal‑breaker. Everything else was fine.

The location is great, the place feels welcoming, and the staff are friendly. I asked for a low bed, but the room I got had a loft bed with no steps, making it hard to climb in. Also, the bathroom near the reception could use a better shower knob.
