Village de Randazzo is walk‑accessible and well‑situated for hiking up Etna and strolling through nearby villages. You can park your car next to the accommodation. The host is responsive, friendly and helpful. The large, clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped lodging is great. I would have liked to make coffee in the morning.

The welcome and kindness were incredible, and there were extra services like coffee, a kitchen, and a small internal terrace for smoking. You can see it’s a classic old house, and the room’s window is literally on the street.

The place is close to the station and the hostess was very friendly.
Everything was perfect; we appreciated the hospitality, the cleanliness, and the strategic location. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.
I had booked a B&B on the outskirts, but when we arrived the lady took us to a different place, saying there had been a mistake and two bookings were accepted for the same day. The location was good—central but very noisy—and the property was completely different from what I had booked. There was only one room with a bathroom. I had requested two separate beds, but the room had a double bed and a single bed, so we made do. I had also asked at the time of booking whether a kitchen was available, and I was told yes, but the place we were given had nothing, not even a kettle.
