The structure was good, at least compared to the city average. Breakfast was pricey, not very varied, and basic, with the staff overloaded; the apartment’s dishes and cutlery were low‑quality, poorly stored, and there was no detergent or sponge for washing; no broom or dustpan; the common area was well built but uninspired, like any average mid‑class building; the parking was excellent but the entry control was old‑school (paper, pen, and a little stick).
