The only thing I appreciated was the staff and breakfast service; the attendant in the breakfast lounge was friendly and professional. However, water—likely from the fridge—was already on the floor as soon as we walked in, and there was a bad humid smell.

The lighting was terrible: the hallway lights didn’t work and only two weak lamps by the bed provided illumination.

The room was clean, but I had to pay with cash after booking online, and when I requested a second room because the one I booked was too small for the five of us, we were forced to share one room and my kids had to sleep on the floor, which was disgusting.
