Is the check‑in time 7 pm? I was supposed to check in at 5 pm and was charged an extra 20,000 won. The staff were very rude. No answer.

24‑hour check‑in is the best!

The location and breakfast were good, but as a capsule hotel, the price is just too high.

The property and my room were extravagant and unique, with a vibe that matched the photos online. The room was roomy, featuring dark mirrors here and there, and came with personal unisex plastic amenities that I rarely see in hotels but found handy. The bed was comfortable, and the view wasn’t great, but I didn’t need it for a single night, especially since there were mirrors on the sliding windows. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I appreciated the doughnuts they handed me at check‑in. The check‑in opened at 7 pm, so I had to plan around that, but arriving with just a small suitcase and late in town made it manageable. Even though the staff didn’t speak English, the process was quick and easy. There was no restaurant for breakfast or anything else. I struggled to get my TV and PC working in the room; I knew I couldn’t call reception for help because I couldn’t translate, so I went down and the receptionist joined me but couldn’t fix it. He called someone who came in about 20 minutes later and managed to get the TV and PC working—he even helped me navigate the Korean remote. Later that evening the TV failed again, so I gave up. I was also surprised by the tiny bath towel that looked like a face towel; when I asked the TV‑repair person for a larger towel, he said that’s how they do it here and suggested I use the textile dressing gown to dry off. I found it funny but ended up using the mini towel.
