The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and amenities like TV, microwave, and fridge worked perfectly. Housekeeping cleaned every day of the stay, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was good, close to small food shops, grocery stores, shopping centers, and the NRG stadium.

The location was spacious and fully equipped for people with disabilities. The kitchen was located near the bathroom.

The hotel is right across the street, which is handy if you want to move around quickly. The staff at the hotel are separated from you by a glass partition for security, which is somewhat scary. The room door opens directly onto the parking lot, which is accessible to anyone, and there were people loitering in the parking lot.
