The room was bone‑chilling—no heating at all. On top of that, I got a text from some random person asking if I’d checked into room 25, even though I was actually in 23, and they never even told me who they were.

The sheets were super comfy, but the place felt more like a DIY motel than a proper home. The owner turned a 4‑bedroom house into three separate zones, and we ended up in the front bedroom with an ensuite that was cramped—no separate seating, the bed area was tight, and there were no cooking facilities, just a kettle on a bar fridge in the corner.
