We really enjoy staying in Georgetown, and the Graham location is excellent, with easy walks to everything in Georgetown and down Pennsylvania Avenue toward Foggy Bottom and the Mall; it also has a great rooftop bar, though it was closed for a private event during one of our two nights; the staff were extremely good, and because the hotel is small they seemed to know you after a day; the suite was large and comfortable. Construction next to the hotel was very loud and started before 7:00 AM on one of our mornings; the hotel is small, so it doesn’t offer the full range of amenities like breakfast that some might want, but it was fine for us.

The spot is right by the town center, and the room was spotlessly clean with solid service. A coffee or snack in the morning would have made the stay even better.

The location was great, but no breakfast was offered and the room was noisy because of the refrigerator.
