Aptera Beach, perched on Amoudara’s western coast, offers direct sea access while remaining minutes from bustling shops and nightlife. Each room features a balcony overlooking sea or mountains, a fridge, electric fan, satellite TV, safe, and free WiFi. The property hosts a restaurant, bar, snack bar, and provides complimentary parasols and loungers for beach guests.

The location was excellent, but the hotel looked very dated and the rooms could use an upgrade; it would also be nice to have a kettle for tea and coffee.

Aptera Beach Hotel! Note that some online images with a pool are misattributed and many photos are several years old; some things have changed. Still, the direct beachfront, own restaurant/tavern with a Greek charm, and the beach itself are lovely, and the service by the beach is commendable; occasionally the cold current from the nearby river is refreshing. We stayed in a front‑sea‑view room, highly recommended. Our bathroom didn’t look like the pictures; the kitchen and food were Greek, always fresh ingredients, very tasty; breakfast could be booked on site, the selection was simple but sufficient. The staff and owner, who are a family, were all very friendly, accommodating, and helpful, and we were sent off like friends, which explains the many regular guests. Free‑running dogs and guests on the beach who didn’t pick up their trash and packaging were a problem.

Ich war Anfang September für 8 Nächte dort. Die Gastfreundschaft war wie ich sie selten erlebt habe. Also top. Der Gastgeber, das Personal war top. Am Strand die Bedienung auch top. Die liegen sind gratis, das angrenzende Restaurant ist top. Auch preislich. Ich komme nächstes Jahr gerne Wieder. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich. schlechter tv Empfang bei deutschen Fernsehen. w lan allerdings top
