The staff are very nice and helpful, the breakfast is fantastic, the room is beautiful, clean, and has good bathroom facilities.

Good location, nice rooms, excellent breakfast, but only one blanket for the double bed, and the doors to the annex in the underground parking and in the courtyard sometimes wouldn’t open, leaving you stuck and having to return to reception or be trapped in the courtyard when the door won’t open.

The room is very large and the daytime staff are very friendly, but we arrived at night with a stroller; the man at reception didn’t give us the simple way through the garage, so we had to carry the fully packed stroller and luggage from the main building to the annex and back down the stairs, which was very cumbersome, and it was a pity we couldn’t open the windows because the S‑bahn ran every 10 minutes.
