I’ve stayed here before; it’s a lovely spot with great staff and tasty food. However, the bathroom renovation needs money—overall it looks awful, the cleaning feels like a tick‑box exercise, and the linens sometimes look unwashed. The sink and toilet drains are clogged, which is normal.

Everything went smoothly. I booked a room for my elderly parents and they were satisfied; the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, they don’t help with carrying luggage.

The breakfast was good and the grounds were pretty. The plumbing was problematic: the shower hose and toilet didn’t keep water from leaking, and the pump failed, so water kept running unless you constantly controlled the excess flow.

The staff were polite, rooms were clean, and the hotel’s location is cozy and quiet. The grounds are well maintained and I’d love to return to Hotel SV—my best recommendation 🤗

The room was clean and overall fine. The booking wasn’t reflected in the system, they charged for one night even though I had booked three, and when I called they said I needed to extend, but we were already in the middle of a procedure and had already booked three nights. That made us nervous after a day.
