The staff were very helpful and kind, assisting us a lot in finding transport back to Aswan. Tuk‑tuks were available for customers at a low cost. The restaurant was pretty good, breakfast was fine. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bus stop for Aswan is right in front.
“Hôtel et personnel exceptionnel”
The hotel is in a superb spot, just a stone's throw from the temple, and it stays quiet even though the road is close by. Everyone on the staff welcomed us warmly; they were all very kind and their generosity touched us. The rooms were spotless and nicely decorated. The restaurant’s food was excellent and we savored it at a very attractive price. Breakfast was incredible, offering a wide range of homemade items. Tickets for the temple and the light‑and‑sound show can be bought at the hotel for the same price as at the temple itself. Thanks to the whole team for their hospitality and kindness. If we ever return to Abou Simbel, we’ll pick this hotel again. Nothing was wrong—everything was so perfect!
Four of us booked a triple to save money, but the owner upgraded us to two river‑view rooms for free; we ate instant noodles in the restaurant with utensils and hot water provided, and the staff even helped stir the noodles. The service was warm throughout, and the next morning we enjoyed sunrise breakfast on the Nile, watching the first light hit the Abu Simbel temple – truly romantic.
“Great!”
The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is newly decorated.
“価格以上の価値を提供してくれるホテル”
Everyone was kind, the service was consistently customer‑first and made us feel great; whenever we had an issue they responded immediately and were a huge help.
