This accommodation was perfect: the bed was comfy, clean, and the stay was peaceful, plus it was a very easy walk to public transport.

Perfect! Everything you need and a super comfy bed. We stayed for a night before catching the ferry to Victoria and it was ideal—just a short drive away. The host was lovely too.
