The staff’s service was very excellent. I requested a fresh pillow because the one I had smelled of sweat, but the rest of the room was very comfortable.

The hotel’s proximity to the beach and a supermarket just around the corner were convenient, and I liked the view of the pool. However, check‑in dragged on for hours because the reservation system crashed, and the room felt outdated, cramped, and poorly maintained. The bathroom was unacceptable, and the sheets and towels were often dirty.
