We were able to move into the room before the official check‑in time, the pool looked nice, the air‑conditioners were very modern, the spa right next to the hotel was great and the breakfast was good. The location is close to the city centre and cheap, perfect for exploring sights or strolling through the night market. The mattresses were extremely hard.

The rooms are large, clean, and tidy. The only key is one, which also needs to be plugged into the room’s power outlet—so if someone leaves the room, they can’t take the key. Requests for an extra key at reception only work with a 500‑AT deposit.

The owner and staff are kind, and the owner speaks English very well. The room is spacious. The hotel is close to small shops and several temples, all within walking distance. Many activities are offered—massages, cooking classes, elephant visits, etc.—and the hotel arranges them, picking you up and bringing you back. Breakfast can be taken on site. The small pool is pleasant, and bath towels are provided free of charge. Laundry can be done; it’s usually picked up the next day if you drop it before 17:00. We really enjoyed our stay here: the owner’s and staff’s kindness alone made us want to return, and we felt at home in the place. The pillows were a bit too “soft” and the bed creaked with every movement, but that didn’t stop us from sleeping well.

The hotel staff are good. The room and overall facilities are just average for the price of the hotel.

A beautiful hotel very close to the historic center. The staff are very pleasant and always smiling. The pool is great for cooling off. There’s a travel agency inside the hotel. The air conditioning seemed a bit weak and noisy, but it wasn’t a problem.
