Great location, very cute decor, and very quiet while still being in the heart of Portsmouth. The staff was very attentive as well. We’ll be back when visiting Portsmouth.

We loved the room design and the location was excellent. There was no AC control in the room, so it was unseasonably warm in New England last week. The room was super hot and I could not sleep because of the lack of air circulation. I tried to open the windows, but they had no nets and I worried about mosquitoes and other critters coming in. This should be clear during the booking process.

The check‑in was incredibly easy and the staff communicated very well with clear instructions. The property is well situated within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, and they even offered robes!

This is a small boutique hotel with perhaps a dozen rooms on the second floor above a commercial operation. It is very close to Portsmouth city center, so it’s very convenient. My room had a comfortable bed and plenty of towels. They have a parking lot located across the street.

We didn’t book for ourselves. The shower was extremely narrow, the bath overall too small. Even though we didn’t book the room for its view, it was very disappointing to see a flat roof and HVAC units.
