The hotel sits on a main road, which is convenient, but everything else was awful. The staff were rude as hell, especially the housekeeping crew, and no one seemed to understand English properly. My pre‑visit calls went unanswered. The curtains in the room were short and let in bright daylight early in the morning. The TV didn’t work. At breakfast the staff were totally rude, making me pick up glasses and telling me to order and take things myself. They didn’t understand what I said or asked for, and the attitude towards guests was ridiculous; I could see a man laughing at me in the local language, as if he owned the hotel and was ordering me to find things myself, even when I asked, “Can you please tell me where the hot milk is or where the glasses are kept?”

The breakfasts were great, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the shower was large, and the daily housekeeping was good. It was only 15 minutes from the metro, and they even had a full set of toiletries (shampoo, body wash, balm, brushes, cotton swabs, sticks, and a nail file). Sometimes there were a few road noises (the windows faced the street) and possibly the metro, but that wasn’t a big deal for us.
