“Very accessible and goo for short and long term stay”

The place is easy to get to, which was a big plus for us. The laundry setup, however, only has a washing machine – no dryer – and the shower area lacks any exhaust fan or heater, making it pretty chilly in winter. A simple floor mat at the front door and in the bathroom would have saved us a few slips.

I was genuinely repulsed by this stay. The moment we opened the bathroom door the stench hit us so hard I felt sick, and the grime‑covered fixtures showed that housekeeping hadn’t even bothered. They didn’t restock toilet paper, and to top it off we found insects crawling around my parents’ room (No. 6). It’s heartbreaking to bring family to a place that looks so neglected.

“BEWARE”

Showed up to a room that didn’t even have a mattress – just a bare frame. The windows were left open with no flyscreens, so a swarm of mosquitoes took over the space. Not exactly the welcome we were hoping for.

“I was struggling that day, but when I opened that door there was a huge relief of tension”

Walking into the room, the first thing I thought was how huge it was – you could easily fit a family inside. The bed was massive and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable, so I had nothing to complain about. Everything checked out fine.

“Check which room you’ll be given prior to parting with your $”

The location is spot‑on, but the room we were first given didn’t match the description at all. After a lot of back‑and‑forth emails we finally got a different room, yet the cleaning was still shoddy – no bin, mop used without vacuuming first, leaving wet spots and dirt clumps. There’s no A/C, so the place turned into a hotbox during Sydney’s heatwaves, and the bathroom offers zero privacy.
