Die Lage am Karlsplatz ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Stadtbesichtigung, sehr zentral aber ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist enttäuschend für ein Hotel mit internationalem Publikum. Es gibt keinen vernünftigen Kaffee, er ist sauer und es gibt nur winzige Tassen. Das Buffet ist fleischlastig. Ein Alibi-Käseteller mit einer einzigen Sorte geschmackloser Scheiben. Bircher Müsli eiskalt, Obstsalat mit harten, ungeschälten Apfelstücken, Billigeier. Auch das Essen im Restaurant Leander hat uns nicht überzeugt. Wir bestellten Burger für 20€ das Stück, bekamen aber einen in Form gebrachten , zu stark gewürzten Hackbraten anstatt frisch gebratenem , purem Rindfleisch. Empfehlung: rechts neben dem Hotel ein netter Italiener ab mittags mit ausgezeichnetem Capuccino und links nebenan Super Frühstück ab 7.30

Breakfasts were very good, the room had a comfortable bed, and everything was clean. The parking entrance was difficult; swapping the entrance for the exit would make it much more convenient.

A beautiful hotel right in the heart of Eisenach’s old town! Historical charm meets modern comfort here. Everything is impeccably maintained and spotless, from the rooms to the breakfast area. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet leaves no desire unmet. The price is high, but it is absolutely worth it. We felt completely comfortable and would gladly return!

A very nice hotel with excellent rooms. Parking with charging facilities (even free in the garage). The bar and restaurant were also very pleasant, and we ate wonderfully. The breakfast was also top quality. Nothing to complain about.
