Cleanliness, quality of bedding.
“A small slice of heaven on Lake Garden.”
The room was large with a terrace overlooking the lake, feeling like a small apartment. The bathroom had a big shower and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of cupboards. The breakfast was one of the best we had on our holiday.
“Nice staff but didn’t feel it was value for money and what we were expecting”
We liked the location and the setting plus the restaurant and bar staff were excellent. We upgraded to an apartment which was good space but the Air conditioning was terrible we did ask reception to look at it but Nothing changed , also it’s opposite a building site which we were not informed of which was a great shame

The breakfast was very pleasant, the hotel stunning, and the view and garden were great. The location requires a car, but I strongly recommend it as good value for money. The staff were charming.

The location was great, the pool and garden area were nice. The lake view was actually a construction view, which wasn’t mentioned or described before arrival, which isn’t fair. I understand that construction happens, but you need to tell guests ahead of time—especially in a high‑cost vacation spot.
