Pent rom og god seng. Det ble reservert 100 AUD i depositum da vi ankom. Da vi reiste fikk vi beskjed om at det tar 5-7 dager å få tilbake pengene. Det finner jeg veldig urimelig. De pengene burde vært frigtt samme dag vi sjekker ut. Tviler på jeg får rentene av det beløpet, så det er snik-inntekt som går til kjeden
The rooftop pool was great and we were surprised it was heated. Check‑in was at 3 pm; we arrived at 3.02 pm and were told the car park was full, so we had to pay $16 elsewhere off‑site. The check‑in and check‑out process needs to be quicker by the staff.

The hotel is clearly new and clean. However, it feels like a plane where they cram as many seats as possible; the rooms are functional but everything is squeezed in tight. The fridge in the room is stupidly small. It’s okay for overnight business travellers but not for extended stays or families.
Parking was very limited as was advised
