WATER PavilioN HOTEL

My stay had its ups and downs. The room was incredibly spacious, and the modern washroom was a nice touch, plus the breakfast menu was impressive. However, I faced a bit of a challenge during check-in due to the reception staff being overwhelmed with multiple tasks, and I was concerned about the incomplete basement parking. On the bright side, the housekeeping was diligent, and the view was excellent.

I had a fairly average experience at this hotel. The cleanliness and proximity to the main road were definite positives. However, I encountered several issues, including a very hard mattress, small food portions during breakfast, and unstable WiFi and power supply, which acted up during my showers.

I appreciated the hotel's ambience, design, and quality, which made for a pleasant stay. However, I was taken aback by the conversion rate used for my booking, which seemed to be based on a high USD rate, resulting in a higher cost than expected.

“Good”

The hotel's location was ideal, being well-situated on the main road, making it easily accessible at any time. However, my stay was marred by a significant issue - the lack of hot water, which left me with no choice but to take a cold shower, and the staff seemed unsure of how to resolve the problem.

While I enjoyed certain aspects of my stay, such as the excellent tea and the clean room and environment, there were several areas that fell short. I experienced issues with the hot shower water, and the food was not up to par, with a hard, overcooked chicken served at a relatively high price. Additionally, the WiFi policy was unclear and caused some inconvenience.
