I was thoroughly impressed with the stunning views of Dresden, which I enjoyed from the moment I sat down to a delightful breakfast spread that was both varied and lovingly presented. The hotel's humidor and smoking lounge with a bar was a lovely surprise, and I also appreciated the range of culinary events on offer. However, I did find the mattresses to be a bit too soft for my liking.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the highway and just a short walk from public transportation. The breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection of food, including some tasty sausage from the hotel's own butcher. The jam options were also surprisingly diverse, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive.
