The room is cozy, quiet, and the location is good; breakfast snacks can be taken on the go. However, none of the power outlets accept grounded plugs, they don’t meet ABNT standards, the shower water regulator won’t shut off, and the safe almost tipped onto my foot.

The accommodations were good. There is no breakfast. They provide a kit with a small apple, a boxed juice, and two small sandwiches with a slice of cheese and ham.

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The location is convenient because it’s close to the exit. In our case, the shower was difficult to close and dripped all night.

I liked the beds and pillows. The location was convenient, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The price is higher than most hotels I stay at. The breakfast is terrible; since the pandemic they started serving a tray with no sandwiches. For the price they charge, they should serve a decent coffee. I would never recommend this hotel to a friend, I won’t return, and there are hotels in Presidente Prudente where I’ve stayed much better and cheaper.
